Green Smoothie Guide


Want to add more greens and good stuff to your diet but don't know where to start? Here is a great GREEN smoothie guide to follow! Let's face it, most of us don't get enough greens in our day and sometimes you are just not in a mood for another salad. Go ahead try one of these smoothies each day for a week and let me know how you feel :)
