New Body Back Session Starts April 5th!



 Body Back Santee's first session is ending on March 17th. The moms who participated have already lost a range of 6-10lbs and we still have a few more weeks to go! It has been an amazing experience watching them gain both inner and outer strength. These moms have made a complete lifestyle change which includes a healthy meal plan and intense workouts. In addition, they are learning to relax with different meditation techniques. Most importantly, these mamas have come to realize that taking time for themselves is not selfish! Most moms are so busy taking care of their families that they forget to take care of themselves and the Body Back program helps them do just that!

Here's whats included in an 8-Week Body Back Session:

Early Bird Registration - $249 non-members, $199 Body Back Alumni
Regular Price- $299 non-members, $249 Body Back Alumni
