Branda: I am the owner/instructor at BFitBFree, Body Back Santee, and Santee Stroller Strides. Some of the classes we offer for women: Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, Body Back, Boot Camp Blast and small group training. I am a military wife who enjoys spending most of my time with my amazing toddler son- Jude! I also LOVE anything to do with fitness and nutrition. I feel so lucky to have a job where I can help women meet their fitness goals and show them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for life! I am a pre/post natal specialist-certified in Stroller Strides (ACE), Fit4Baby (ACE), Body Back (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA).
